In this 3 part series on working with trauma for sensitives, we’ll work synergistically with meditation, deep energetic practices and processes inspired by Kirsty’s kinesiology practice and the deep intuitive wisdom of Rose’s light language messages and downloads.
Session One 12th April 2025 (Mobilise) In session one we will work with the releasing the fear/paralysis response so you can feel safe to see with clarity the beliefs and ways of being you have built up in response to childhood events (spoiler alert , there’s no such thing as a perfect parent or a perfect childhood). From this place we will drop more fully into the body.
Session Two 19th April 2025(Liberate): Will build on Session 1, going deep into unravelling subconscious survival patterning that had a purpose, once upon a time, but now may present as self-sabotage, hypervigilance or manifesting the opposite of what we consciously want!
